I had a problem with my order and messaged customer service because I was worried I might end up losing out on what I paid for or having the package go to the wrong place. They got back to me the next day, which wasn’t bad, and I appreciated that their reply actually answered my question instead of feeling like a copied-and-pasted response.
After that, they fixed the shipping mix-up quickly, so I was relieved it didn’t turn into a bigger headache. I’m giving 4 stars because I do wish the first response had come a bit sooner, especially when you’re trying to avoid a potential loss or delay, but overall they were helpful and handled it well

I ordered a few spice blends and, the second I opened them I could tell they were fresh. Like... way more fragrant than the stuff I usually grab at the grocery store. The flavor was better too, so yeah, I’ll definitely be ordering again

I’m not an expert or anything, but the flavors seem authentic to me. A few of the blends are definitely on the stronger side, maybe even a little too strong depending on what you like.

Grabbed a few gift sets and a sampler from Savory Spice Shop for family. Lots of choices. Not just the usual boring stuff. Everything showed up packed well. Smelled really fresh too. Shipping was a bit slower than I thought, but not a big deal. I’d order again for gifts.

Just a heads up, though: some of the prices felt a bit high for the size, so definitely check before you get too carried away. The quality seems good, and I’d probably go back, but I’d be a little more careful about what I’m tossing in the basket next time.

I found what I needed without much hassle, like the search pulled things up quickly, the categories made sense, and I could compare stuff like BBQ rubs, curry blends, taco seasoning, and those random blends you add to your cart because they sound good. Checkout was quick too, no weird extra steps or confusing forms. I also liked that the product pages actually had clear info, like ingredients, flavor notes, sizes, and all that. The only small issue was that a few pages loaded a little slowly for me here and there, especially when I was jumping between products, going back to search results, or opening different seasonings. But my order confirmation came right away, so that was reassuring. Overall, good experience and I’d use the site again

Overall, the packaging was fine, but the freshness was kind of mixed for me. A few of the jars seemed fresh and totally okay, but one bag had leaked a little, which was a biiiit disappointing.

The prices are fair for what you get. I mean, the spices last me a good while, so it feels like a much better deal than buying them at my grocery store. Shipping was totally fine too... no complaints there.

They had so many spices to pick from, my gut feeling was that this is the kind of place where you can find just about anything you need. Great variety and easy to get inspired while browsing
